Yes. Posting a room on HaungChao is completely free. Create an account, verify your phone number, and your listing will be live after a quick review.
Yes. You can post as many rooms as you like from a single account — ideal for agents managing multiple properties or landlords with several units in one building.
When a renter expresses interest, you receive an email notification with their contact details. Your phone number and LINE ID are only shared with renters who actively reach out — not displayed publicly.
Log in and go to My Listings. From there you can edit details, mark a room as rented, or delete the listing at any time.
We only make money if you choose to promote your listing for extra visibility — that's it. We never take a cut of your rent, your commissions, or anything else you earn. Listing is free and always will be.
Promoted listings appear at the top of browse results and above regular listings in search — giving your room significantly more visibility for 3 days. It's a one-time boost, not a subscription. You can promote again anytime after it expires.
The Photo Pack lets you upload up to 16 photos per listing instead of the default 8 — useful for agents with large units or multiple properties. It costs ฿99 per year and covers up to 8 of your listings per pack. There is no automatic renewal. We send a reminder email a few days before it expires so you can renew without any interruption. If you let it lapse, photos 9 through 16 are temporarily hidden but never deleted — renewing restores them instantly.
Verified (green) means you have confirmed your phone number — it signals to renters that there is a real person behind the listing. Owner (blue) means you are the direct property owner. Agent (purple) means you are a licensed broker or agency. Setting your account type and getting verified takes a couple of minutes from your dashboard.
Yes. Some listings on HaungChao were added by our team from public sources. If you are the owner, you can submit a claim from the listing page. We verify your connection to the property and transfer it to your account — usually within a day or two.
HaungChao currently has listings in Thailand's most popular areas for long-term renters — including Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, and more. We are adding new areas all the time, so check back if you do not see your province yet.
